1. Digital Nature of Products Due to the nature of digital products (Canva templates), all sales are final and non-refundable. Once you have gained access to the digital files or the Canva link, the product is considered "used" and cannot be returned.
2. Instant Access By purchasing our templates at dpacke.online, you acknowledge and agree that your access to the digital content starts immediately after payment, and you waive any right to a refund or a "cooling-off" period.
3. Exceptional Circumstances We only consider refund requests in the following specific cases:
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same template twice in two separate transactions.
Corrupted Files: If the link provided is broken or the file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a functional replacement within 48 hours of being notified.
4. Customer Responsibility It is the customer's responsibility to:
Ensure they have a Canva account (Free or Pro) as required by the product description.
Provide a correct email address during checkout. We are not responsible if the product is sent to an incorrect email provided by the user.
