1. What exactly am I purchasing? You are purchasing a digital Canva template. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a PDF or an email containing a direct link to access and edit the design in your own Canva account.

2. How will I receive my product? Our delivery is instant. Once the payment is processed, an automated email will be sent to the address you provided. This email contains the access link to your template.

3. Do I need a Canva Pro account to use these templates? Most of our templates are designed to work with both Free and Pro Canva accounts. If a specific template requires a Pro account (due to premium elements), it will be clearly mentioned in the product description.

4. Can I customize the templates? Yes! You can fully customize every part of the template, including colors, fonts, images, and layout, to match your brand identity.

5. I didn't receive the email with the link. What should I do? First, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If it’s not there, ensure you entered the correct email address during checkout. If you still can't find it, contact us at [Insert Your Email Here] with your order number.

6. Can I get a refund? Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once the access link is sent, the product cannot be "returned." Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

7. Can I resell these templates? No. Your purchase grants you a license for personal or business use only. You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or share the editable Canva link with others.

8. Do the templates include the photos shown in the preview? In most cases, we use placeholder images or free Canva elements. We recommend replacing them with your own high-quality photos to make the design unique to your brand.
